To make sure we can accept your return, please ensure that:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Tags are still attached and the product is in its original condition

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • You include a receipt or proof of purchase


2. How to Return

  • Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return or exchange an item.

  • Send us a quick email at admin@allatini.shop with your order number and the product details.

  • We’ll guide you step-by-step on how to send your items back.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.


3. Refunds

  • As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll email you with an update.

  • If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear.

  • Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? No problem — simply follow the return steps above and request an exchange.

  • Exchanges depend on availability. If we don’t have the item in stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

  • If we sent the wrong item or your product arrived defective, we’ll cover all exchange shipping costs.


5. Items We Cannot Accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are non-returnable:

  • Intimates such as underwear and swimwear (unless defective)

  • Sale or final clearance items unless otherwise stated


6. Damaged or Defective Items
