6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or incomplete information.

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We will assist in tracking the shipment and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund, subject to courier confirmation.


8. Split Shipments
